BACK
2 tbspns Olive Oil
half pack Bacon approx
1 medium sized Onion
1 medium sized Garlic glove
Few Mushrooms
2 tbspns Pine Nuts
Mixed Herbs
Oregano
Salt and Pepper
1 Can Crushed Tomatoes*
1 Can Whole Tomatoes*
Tomato Paste, 1 pottle or 1/3 of a tube
Chopped Parsley
Fry Bacon, Onion and Garlic in Olive Oil on a high heat. When nice and brown turn down heat and add Pine Nuts and Mushrooms. Next add Canned Tomatoes, Seasoning and Tomato Paste. Give it a stir, put lid on pan and cook for about 15mins. Cook Pasta of your choice to go with sauce and serve with a sprinkling of cheese, chopped parsley and another shake of Oregano on top. Works well if you cook sauce day before or morning before.
* Use Fresh Tomatoes if you prefer. Enjoy.
