Dad makes these for the team and they are probably one of my favourites. I asked why we haven't had them for a while and he replied.. No Rhubarb... LOl help yourself to ours...

2 cups wholemeal flour
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspsoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
3 cups about of diced rhubarb
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 egg
2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Mix one cup of milk, 1/2 cup of yoghurt, one egg and 2 teaspoons vanilla togather. Add mix to dry ingredients and just mix all togather.
spoon into greased muffin tins

Topping

1 Tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
Crumble al topping ingredients togather and sprinkle on top of mix in muffin trays.

Bake at 200 C for apprx 15 mins
