18 Sage leaves

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Parmesan cheese grated
Cook the rice, and put on a platter. Sprinkle cheese on top. Fry sage, torn into chunks, in oil. Remove and drizzle the sage flavoured oil over the rice. Season and serve.
