Floribunda. This really pretty rose will delight you with its clusters of soft peach - apricot blooms in a full and frilly style. The blooms have high petal count, a nice fragrance and are offset against light green foliage. PVR.

Austin. A gorgeous shrub rose with deeply cupped, very fruity fragrant blooms in shades of warm apricot and pink that repeat all season. A disease resistant plant, with dark green foliage, that could be trained as a small climber. PVR Deciduous 1985.

Just in case you have ever wondered, this rose is named after Abraham Darby who was an English Pioneer of the Industrial Revolution.

Floribunda. You'll just love this rose darling as it's absolutely fabulous. Healthy, dark green, disease resistant foliage and stems of showy golden blooms that are produced in abundance. Nice strong fragrance and all together a must have. Multi International Award Winner. PVR. 2009.

Floribunda. Named in France in honour of our Southern French town. The blooms display a range of colour tones as the flowers mature from soft pink to strong cherry to cerise with a white reverse, displayed in abundance and covering a compact bush. Repeats well.

Alba. An ancient rose AKA White Rose of York which can be traced back to the 15th century. The summer blooms are double, fragrant and creamy white followed by orange hips. Foliage is a pale grey-green. Always a pleasing sight when in full flower. Disease resistant and needs little pruning

NB Rosa x alba 'Semi-Plena' is also known as The White Rose of York.

Alba. Introduced to Britain by the Romans this historic rose has pure white semi-double flowers followed by attractive hips in autumn. Sweetly scented. Suitable for hedging or can be used as a small climber. A simple yet beautiful rose. AKA The White Rose of York. RHS AGM.

Rambler. This popular, spring flowering rambler has beautiful, slightly scrolled, lemon buds that open to a double cream delight. Glossy foliage produced on long pliable stems. Nice sweet fragrance. Tolerant of some shade and relatively disease free. One of the best ramblers available. 1900.

Though Alberic Barbier puts on its main display in spring and it is truly beautiful in full flower there will be sparodic flowering through to autumn.

Climber. An unusual and very beautiful climbing rose that flowers in spring or early summer only. The double, quartered and fragrant flowers are a rich mixture of yellow and apricot orange. Healthy dark bronze green foliage. Will tolerate some shade and looks lovely scrambling up a tree. 1956.
