Hybrid Tea. The pointed buds open to reveal creamy white, fragrant blooms with golden stamens that are displayed to perfection against the deep green glossy foliage. Named for the Wellington Cathedral of St Paul, consecrated in 1852. A lovely rose. PVR. 2003.
