Floribunda - Exclusive to Matthews Roses -Charming clusters of fragrant apricot blooms with vintage ruffle form. An easy care plant, this multiple flowering beauty lives up to its name in every way, making it a gardener’s dream!

Bred by Bob Matthews and named specially for Wanganui Garden Centre to celebrate both family businesses growing gorgeous gardens together since 1947.

Floribunda. Vigorous medium growing upright plant with nice glossy foiliage. These striking golden-apricot blooms are ' a stand out in the garden. Produced in clusters, the blooms have a pleasing light scent. Bred by Somerfield. 2021 Deciduous.

This was a Certificate of Merit winner at the New Zealand Rose Society Trials in Palmerston North 2021.

Floribunda. Petals in hues of lilac blue, shift in shades as they age. Fragrant blooms open to display bee friendly stamens. Easy care plant with few thorns. Repeat flowering. Named for Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ to support and raise awareness with a $2 donation from the sale of each plant.

Rambler. Small, mid pink, cupped flowers held in closely packed, conical clusters. Strong, delicious fragrance. The almost thornless bush has light green leaves. Often found in old cottage gardens. Vigorous growth. Decidous. Cant, 1863

Floribunda. Simply eye-catching clusters of white free flowering blooms with a raspberry magenta eye. Winner of the coveted Gold Star of the South Pacific at NZRS International rose trials, this bee friendly, NZ bred persica was created by kiwi rose breeder John Ford.

Austin. Blooms are a particularly rich shade of apricot-orange, paling prettily towards the edges. Very resistant to rain damage and the petals drop neatly. Light-medium Tea scent. A very healthy shrub; it produces strong, arching stems which, over time, form an attractive mound of blooms. Deciduous.

Named after one of Britain’s most beloved stars of stage and screen.

A versatile little tuft forming gollden grass that is evergreen and will grow just about anywhere. Quite tough and hardy. Panicles of insignificant flower spikes appear in summer. Group together in clumps for an informal effect.
