Shrublet. A delightful and compact little rose with attractive and unusual semi-double, open blooms in a burgundy purple shade. The flowers fade to a smokey lilac as they age. Plenty of blooms throughout the season. Would look lovely planted with grey foliage perennials. PVR.

Shrub. Double flowers with frilled petals of delicate pink with deeper centres. Masses of floribunda flowers on this heirloom rose and very healthy. Continual flowering from mid Spring to Autumn and perfect for mass planting, hedges or specimen plants.

In 2003 Bonica was inducted to the WFRS Rose Hall of Fame (World Federation of Rose Societies).

Centifolia. An old rose from France that goes under many different names. It grows into a vigorous shrub with strong branches. The abundant blooms are large, cupped, very fragrant and appear over summer. The flowers are mostly off white with purple and crimson stripes. 1845.

This rose is also called Village Maid, La Rubanee, Belle des Jardins and Rosa x centifolia variegata - despite the identity crisis this is still a very interesting an desirable rose.

Floribunda. Unique clusters of large semi-double, terracotta blooms with pale yellow reverse petals and lovely briar apple fragrance. This super versatile, easy care shrub is bee friendly, great for picking and floral work throughout the seasons with amazing clusters of hips in Autumn.

Healthy, vigorous grower it can also be trained as a climber if you wish!

This rose was named for Postnatal Depression Canterbury to publicise the amazing work that they do. Large soft medium pink blooms that are strongly perfumed and presented on a tall, spreading bush, clothed in dark glossy foliage. Flower stems are of a good length making them great for picking.

Shrub. 'Eyeopener' is aptly named as the vivid red flowers with white centres and prominent yellow stamens are extremely showy and will make a strong statement in the garden throughout the summer. Bright green disease resistant foliage on arching stems. Definitely a favourite. 1987. PVR.
