The delicately perfumed, deep blue flowers are beautifully complimented by white centers and wavy borders of white on the petals edges. Flowers are produced on the terminal growth of its graceful weeping branches. Leaves are soft and shiny. Flowers appear throughout spring, summer and autumn.
