Something a little different to add interest to your garden. New foliage emerges a velvety maroon and matures to a deep green with a hint of maroon. Pink buds are followed by delicate white lace cap type flowers in mid spring followed by red berries. Quite a striking shrub and well worth planting. Deciduous.

This delightful deciduous shrub has interesting textured leaves and an abundance of pretty white flower clusters throughout the summer that are followed by red berries. Hardy and tolerant of most conditions but prefers afternoon shade. Deciduous

If you wish to prune your 'Summer Snowflake' it is best done after flowering though this may reduce the amount of berries. Lovely background shrub and fabulous in a group of 3 or more.

aka Fragrant snowball

Pretty semi evergreen shrub with shiny green leaves with grey underside. Large groups of fragrant white flowers in spring which start off as pink in the bud. Flowers develop before the leaves. Berries after flowering which are red to black. Can grow in sun or part shade in well drained soils.

Extremely hardy to frost and can handle dry orders once established.
