This beautiful Magnolia is indeed a sweetheart with large soft pink blooms with a deeper pink centre. Developed in NZ by Mr Peter Cave. The flowers are fragrant and appear from late winter until spring. Plant in a sunny, sheltered spot in well drained acid soil. Deciduous.

As this Magnolia has a columnar habit i.e. narrow upright growth it is a perfect choice for smaller gardens.
