Crabapple AKA Malus. A year round delight with fragrant, white, spring blossom followed by fresh green summer foliage. Autumn brings gorgeous little apples in tones of cream and orange with red flushes that hold well on the tree. PVR. Deciduous.

This tree was bred in NZ and is a vigorous grower and prolific producer of fruit great for Jelly. Harvest the fruit early for Jelly but leave some apples on the tree to decorate the autumn-winter garden. According to the breeder the birds leave the fruit alone which is an added bonus.

aka Weeping Crabapple

A gorgeous Crabapple with pendulous weeping branches that are covered in bright carmine red blossoms in spring. The new leaf growth also has red tones before turning to bronze-green for summer. Small red ornamental fruits appear after the flowers. Plant in the sun. Deciduous.
