aka Potato 2nd Early. A relatively new potato that was bred to combine the best of 'Maori' potatoes and 'European' potatoes. The result is a large potato with deep purple skin and purple flesh that is high in anti-oxidants. Quite different and delicious with a somewhat floury texture.

A relatively new potato which I must say I am very impressed with. Nice oval shape, medium size tubers with purple skin and creamy white flesh. Boils very well and is lovely in potato salad.
