A thornless variety that performs best when planted in groups to maximise flowering and fruiting. Spring flowers are followed by large red berries that turn black when ripe towards the end of summer. Prefers full sun and well drained soil that does not completely dry out in summer. Deciduous.

Blackberries fruit on 2nd year wood. It is usual to cut back the cane that has finished fruiting and then train a 1 year old new cane in preparation for fruiting the following season. Suitable for planting in most areas of NZ.

This 'Rabbit Eye' Blueberry is sweet, succulent to and looks good in the garden as well. The berries are medium, full of lots of vitamins, high in vitamin C and good antioxidant properties too. Plant in sun or part shade in nice rich acid soil for best results. Fruits Feb-March. Evergreen.

Blueberry Northern Highbush variety. Packed full of Vitamin C 'Blue Crop' is a reliable variety that fruits around Feb-March. Likes rich acid soil that doesn't completely dry out in summer. Late fruiting in Feb-March. Deciduous.

Blueberry Rabbiteye. Developed in conjunction with Plant and Food Research this variety has delicious large dark blue fruit that are ready to pick from around January. Suitable for the warmer districts of NZ. Plant in the sun, in rich acid soil with 'Blue Magic' or 'Tasty Blue'. Evergreen. PVR.

Blueberry Northern Highbush. Fruit is ready to eat from December. Packed full of Vitamin C the generous crops of medium sized, mild flavoured berries will hold on the bush for long periods. Plant with another Northern Highbush. Happiest in rich acid soil. Deciduous.

A large, firm blueberry that is ideal to grow in a container or in the garden. Can be used as a hedge or a stand alone specimen but 1 plant will never be enough. The leaves turn a stunning bronze tone in Autumn. Eat straight from the plant, add to smoothies, salads, baking or desserts. Deciduous.
