Immaculate, perfectly poised blooms of pristine white, with the faintest hint of apricot in the bud. Beautifully formed flowers open from the spiral shaped buds. Royal Philharmonic Std 80cm Expected Stock Height: STD-90/HGT-120 cm ? We will not have this plant 2025/26. Hybrid Tea. A truly lovely rose with shapely, rich ruby-red, double blooms that are loosely arranged when fully open. Growth bushy and tidy with foliage that shows good disease resistance. Repeats well, nice soft fragrance and of course a perfect gift for those who have made it to year 40! 1979.

Rugosa - Species. Glossy deep green foliage and enormous (10cm) flowers of pure white that are single and richly scented. A circle of golden stamens highlights the blooms which repeat on and off from spring to autumn. Lovely autumn foliage colour and red hips. Introduced to England in 1870.

aka Scabrosa Rugosa. The name 'Scabrosa' refers to the roughness of the handsome foliage which is clear green with interesting veining. The summer blooms are bright cerise pink offset with golden stamens and are followed by big fat red hips. Nice sweet fragrance. Robust and vigorous. 1950.

Hybrid Musk. Dark green glossy foliage and semi-double, lightly scented blooms from summer right through to autumn. The blooms are pink, blended with cherry red towards the outer edges. Quite light and frilly looking but overall a robust vigorous rose that will perform well. 1983.

Rambler Weeping . A vigorous rose with semi-glossy green foliage and a cascading habit. In late summer pale pink buds open to reveal white rosette blooms with a sweet scent. Will tolerate a little shade and poor soil. RHS AGM. 1872.

Rugosa. This highly fragrant rose has loose, semi-double, silky pink flowers produced in repeated flushes from spring to late summer. The blooms have a cluster of golden stamens in the centre. Dense dark green foliage and thorny, upright growth habit. 1926.
