Hybrid Tea. Named after Sam McGredy's Uncle, this very good red rose is tall, upright and generally a vigorous healthy grower. It has shiny, dark green foliage and shapely deep scarlet flowers that appear continuously throughout the summer. Just lovely to pick. 1963.
