A low growing fern that spreads by creeping rhizomes. Its natural habitat is on the edge of alpine bogs so that tells you it likes moisture and can tolerate cold. The dark green fronds are tipped with pink when young. It likes quite a lot of light and makes an excellent groundcover. Evergreen

Native. An evergreen native shrub with long grey-green leaves with felted white under-sides. In summer lemon daisy like flowers appear in abundance. Has a slightly open mounding habit - responds well to hard pruning if necessary. Prefers a well drained spot. Wind and coastal tolerant.

Named after Sir George Grey who was an early Governor General of NZ (twice).

Dense bushy shrub with large bold white-grey felty leaves which are large and similar in size to Rangiora but have the colour and texture of B.greyii. Has a fairly open habit and produces large spectacular clusters of rich yellow daisy like flowers in late spring. Grows well in semi-shade.

Great for dry sites. Hardy. Superb plant in many landscapes. Evergreen
