Bourbon. Deep cerise or magenta- pink double blooms that flower in flushes throughout the season. Beautifully fragrant flowers. Vigorous plant with bright green foliage. Available only in Australia and New Zealand. Bred by Antoine Levet (père) (France, 1889).

Bourbon. Discovered in Ireland and named after the famous garden near Dublin where it was growing. This almost single rose has delicate pearly pink petals and a gentle sweet fragrance. Quite delightful in full flower. Repeats well and is a reliable performer. 1950.

Hybrid Perpetual Climber. Velvety port-wine coloured blooms that are semi double, cupped and richly fragrant. The stems are virtually thorn-less. The blooms which repeat well do not like full sun so this rose should be given a semi-shaded position. From France in 1865.

Floribunda. Glistening true yellow blooms, repeat flower in clusters from summer to autumn. Lovely glossy foliage. This award-winning rose lives up to its name in the garden! Moderate fragrance and robust, upright growth. Bred by Weeks Roses, USA.

Shrub. This little sweetie really is a 'Sparkler' with profuse trusses of small, semi-double white blooms that carry a soft fragrance. 'Sparkler' has a spreading habit and is a perfect ground cover rose. Flowers continuously throughout the season.

Procumbent rose, means it grows wider than it grows tall.

A good healthy climber, stunning in full bloom and award winning: Certificate of merit at the NZ Rose Society trials of 2022.
