This will be a popular Avocado due to heavy flowering on a beautiful compact evergreen tree. Medium sized, smooth black skinned fruit with yellow creamy flesh. Harvest Jul to Dec. Prefers a warm sheltered position with excellent drainage. Protect from frost when young. Group B Evergreen.
