Double Graft Pear. William Bon Chretien- Pale green skin with white finely grained flesh that is juicy and sweet. Ripe around late January. Winter Cole- Round medium sized fruit with russeted skin and delicious white flesh that is richly flavoured. Ripe around late autumn. Deciduous.
