Echinacea, are know as coneflowers due to the "cone" which forms in the centre of the flower head. The beautiful, cheerful daisy-like flowers come in a range of colours; the plants thrive in fertile, well-drained soil, and will bring bees and butterflies to your garden. An excellent cut flower. As a herbaceous perennials you can expect them to seed and die off in winter, and pop up again year after year.
