An outstanding shrub that will thrive on neglect. Shiny green foliage with bronze overtones in winter and a slightly lax arching habit. Masses of small dark red 'spidery' flowers from autumn until spring will provide excellent winter colour. Plant in a sunny well drained spot. Evergreen.
