aka Confetti Bush or White Breath of Heaven

An evergreen shrub that belongs to the Rutaceae family. With its feather like fluffy, bright green foliage, when it flowers small white flowers that cover the bush it looks like confetti. A shrub that looks good in landscaping to fill a decent gap or bulk planted. Has aromatic foliage and relatively hardy.
