Liquid Copper Hydroxide. An easy to use form of Copper that mixes well and won't clog your sprayer. Generally used to prevent diseases such as Downy Mildew and Blight. It is great for Citrus and if sprayed on new seedlings it will repel slugs and snails. Concentrated - will make 107 litres of spray.

Wally's Liquid Copper Hydroxide is considered organic however it is still a chemical and should be used with appropriate caution and not ingested. Compatible with most sprays but do not mix with Sulphur. Can be mixed with Neem Oil but is more effective on its own.

MBL or Magic Botanic Liquid is made from NZ's fossil coal and contains humates and fulvic acid. It is an all purpose tonic which promotes plant and soil health. It has a wide range of uses but is invaluable for getting new plants established and as a soil drench between crops in the vege garden.

I use MBL as a general growth booster for every new plant I put into the garden no matter if it is a seedling or a tree. Any established plants that look just a bit off colour get a watering can full with excellent results. With small vege patches where crop rotation is difficult a drench of MBL between crops assists with soil health.

aka Organic Super Neem Oil

Over twice the strength of Normal Neem Oils. Super Neem Oil is a Natural control, stops insect pests feeding. Considered safe to beneficial insects and bees. May help to deter possums, rabbits from eating garden plants. Super Neem Tree Oil has some fungicide properties as well as insecticide.

Effective control of Porina on lawns.Cut lawn and spray grass at 5ml per litre of water just before sunset. Pets and children are safe to walk on after spraying. Effective control of Thrips on Rhodos and borer infestations - soak strips of flannel 25mm wide in the oil, wrap these around branches/trunk, secure and cover with plastic wrap. Leave for one month only.

A natural insecticide made from the Chrysanthemum plant. This is a contact spray so the spray must make contact with the pest in order to kill it. Best used prior to dusk as Pyrethrum breaks down in UV light, safer for the bees then too. Makes up to 200 litres of spray depending on rate used.

aka Frost Protection

For Frost and UV Protection. This product works by putting a non-toxic protective film on foliage to slow down the transpiration rate i.e. reduces moisture loss. Frost tender plants can be sprayed and will be protected for up to 3 months from frosts down to -3 degrees. Conversely protects plants from harsh UV in summer.

I have personally used this product with great success in both winter and summer. It has worked particularly well on my Buxus sempervirens Handsworthii Topiary Balls which are in full sun. I found the new foliage was getting burnt in summer, one spray with Vaporgard and no more problems. Note protection kicks in about 3 days after spraying and any new growth will have to be re-sprayed.

RainGard is an organic, bio-degradeable polymer made from Pine Resin that helps spray particles spread and 'stick'. It will rain-proof any spray applications for up to 14 days making for more efficient use of spray, time and dollars spent. Magic.
