An unusual Rhododendron with star-like flowers and deeply cut lobes and pointed tips. With orange buds opening to cream to yellow in color with a wine red throat early to mid Spring. A lovely dense, rounded shrub. Thrives in acidic soils that are moist but well drained and partial sun. Evergreen.
